I am Liran Kochavi, a Bachelor of Biochemistry and Food Sciences from the Faculty of Agriculture. I am eager to delve into the study and research of interactions between various microorganisms within the meat spoilage system. Additionally, my research will focus on understanding the interactions among different microorganisms within synthetic communities designed to simulate the natural environment of a meat spoilage system. These environments are intended to mimic the conditions where microorganisms are expected to thrive. I aim to investigate the manner in which these microorganisms interact, examining how these interactions influence the structure of the community, its functions, and the evolution of the species within it.
